How we handle the personal data you provide through the booking form.
Data controller
Personal data submitted through this website is processed by Ola Living Valladolid, Calle Pasión, 9, 47001 Valladolid (Spain). You can reach us on +34 679 45 74 72 or at ola@olalivingvalladolid.com.
Data we collect
We only process the data you voluntarily provide through the booking form: first name and surname, email address, phone number, university or school, course, academic year of interest, estimated arrival date, room of interest, expected length of stay and the content of your message.
Purpose
We process your data for the sole purpose of handling your booking request, checking room availability and communicating with you about the accommodation process. We do not use your data for profiling or automated decision-making.
Legal basis
The legal basis is your explicit consent, given by ticking the relevant box before submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and thereafter for any legally required periods. If your request does not result in a booking, we will delete your data within a maximum of two years from the last contact.
Recipients
Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, acting as a data processor, which forwards the form content to our email address. The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to ola@olalivingvalladolid.com or by phone. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
